These belt guards from BeSafe act to hold the the car seat straps together preventing your little ones from wriggling out of their straps.
 
 
Unlike some other Chest Clips the Belt Collector/ Belt Guard is not a clip so therefore in an emergency could easily be removed if required to exit the seat in a hurry, it is made from a light weight plastic that just slips around the belts when installing your child and just slips off again when removing them.
